conceal carry class

      Today I went to my conceal carry class.  It was very informative and a great learning experience.  I look forward to getting my permit now.

five below haul

I went to five below today.  If you don't know what that is it is a store that has products that start at $5 and then goes down.  So I would like to share what I got:

1. 2 water bottles with fruit infusers
2. 300 writing prompts book
3. write a story book
4. 4 pack of chapstick
5. oil diffuser with led light

doubts

    I have been having doubts about a lot of things recently.  I don't know if i choose the right career path or if I should go in a different direction.

Spring Cleaning

     So today I decided to do some Spring Cleaning.  You never realize you have so much stuff until you are cleaning out your closet.

Renaissance Festival

    Today I went to the Renaissance festival.  I went to a couple clothing stores to get ideas for my wedding dress.  It was a lot of fun and I look forward to maybe going again or going next year.

Bullying

    Bullying is something we have been dealing with for a long time but my question is when is enough enough and someone does something about it.  It's not only in the school now; it is taking place in the workplace as well.  Employees and Managers/Administrators bullying other employees because they don't conform to what they want to or isn't doing a good enough job to what these people want them to be to be apart of the group.  And the other person is doing everything they can to try to fit in and it never happens.  There are also the spies for those managers and administrators that will do anything they say to get that glowing review they want.  The reason I bring this up is because today I had to help a teacher who was bullied by her administration and ended up getting terminated for a minor infraction because she wasn't like some of the younger teachers.  This teacher has been teaching for close to 20 years, was close to retiring, and had never had a major write up.  Then this new administrator comes in and because she just didn't want to go out and party all the time; the administrator decides to do everything to get rid of her.  Not only that but a coworker that this teacher trusted because she wants a good review became a spy and lied about an incident about this teacher and got her fired.
     Our education system is all against bullying on school campus for the student but what they need to focus on too is the bullying going on between staff.  Teachers lead the students by example and if a teacher or administrator is doing exactly the opposite of  what that campaign is about.  I just hope that someone in the upper district open their eyes and see it and then take the appropriate actions to stop it and holds all parties responsible.
